Director of Finance

Location: Temecula, CA

Compensation: Up to $180,000 annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping business decisions through data-driven insights, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning
• Analyze and report on weekly KPIs to track business performance
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Reconcile financial data by comparing actuals to budget, prior periods, and historical trends
• Investigate variances and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Develop, enhance, and monitor key business metrics to drive performance
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support business integration initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, business analysis, or analytics
• Strong background in business intelligence and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting platforms
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
